Caramel Pear Cake
Yum! So good! Make sure you wait a bit for it to cool down... I think I tried to flip it too early and it crumbled a bit. I did as another reviewer suggested and broiled it for only about 3 min to caramelize the top. Excellent! Melts in your mouth!

Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake
This was a very creamy delicious cheese cake! We added extra coffee and some caramel ice cream topping. I think sour cream in cheese cakes makes them lighter and creamier. Yum!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
These turned out great! I added some cinnamon and cooked them for 8 minutes. If they start to turn brown around the edges take them out right away! The ones that hadn't turned brown stayed softer in the middle.
