Everyone loved this one. I had never had pumpkin bread before, as I am not a pumpkin fan, but I loved it!! I made only a couple of changes. I didn't have any ground ginger at home, so instead I used 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice in place of the ginger. I also added 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

My family loved this recipe. The only thing that I did different was that I added on can of green beans to the mix.
