slow down on the cream cheese and only add as much as you need...I usually only use 1/2 a pack (1/4 of what is recommended)

Still trying to figure this one out. Used a regular cake pan instead of the small one. I would prefer to double the number of peaches (depending on size) because I like a fruitier dish. One cup of water didn't seem to be enough - next time I'll try a little more.

Toscana Soup

Used twice the kale, twice the broth, and a Bob Evans-type sausage (frozen in a big chunk). Added cayenne to spice it up a little. Even the boys liked it!
