I am divorced and have 7 grandchildren. I love animals and own 16 cats and 7 dogs. I live in the country in an old farm house. I work outside the home as an accounts receivables auditor. I love cooking just about anything but really love baking and cassaroles. I am a scratch cook and don't always use a recipe. I love duplicating foods from restaurants we eat at. We always have supper at my Dad's on Christmas Eve. Usually ham and a smoked deer roast and turkey is the base of the menu. I've never had a problem cooking anything I want to searve or eat. But when I was able to duplicate El Chico's chicken enchiliadas I was realy excited ! Homemade Cinnamon rolls are the only thing I have struggled with in my life. I'm a scratch cook and cook a lot without recipes.
