Chicken, broccoli pasta dish; lasagne. Italian meals are my specialty, since I'm married to an Italian. But I like to cook just about anything.

Working in the kitchen with my mom, my sisters, my daughter and niece as we prepare a large holiday dinner for the family.
My cooking triumphs
Chocolate tort; Thanksgiving dinners for 25 people. Cheesecake that is to Die For. and my world-famous Gooey Butter cake.
My cooking tragedies
I really struggle with scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, and mashed potatoes for some reason.
