Fabulously Sweet Pear Cake
I doulbed it (had the pears) and did two 9 inch rounds, topped with simple glaze- delish!

Beef Barley Soup
used low fat ground turkey instead and added tomato paste- super delicious!

add red pepper flakes to kick it up! I also through everything in pan together (starting with meat on bottom), simmer on low and stir every so often, great flavor!
