Spanakopita II
This was a great meal!!! I subed fresh spinach instead of frozen... And I also didn't have phyllo, so I used Marie Callenders pie crust... All I can say is Wow. We really enoyed this... ps I added some lemon juice to give it a bit more zest....Enjoyed the leftovers!!!!

T-Bones with Onions
I changed this up a bit...Threw in diced red potatoes and baby carrots. I did'nt care for this at all!!! But, my husband thought it was great and saved the leftovers...(I would have tossed them) and said"Adios". So all in all (for my husband) I give this 2 stars....

Red Skinned Potato Salad
Enjoyable potato salad!!! Made it for a dinner party and it was a hit!! However, I finished it off with crumbles of bleu cheese and omitted the salt and pepper. It also makes great leftovers, and so enjoyable on the palate.
