My husband and I loved this dish! I changed some things, based on what I had on hand. I baked the fish (as another reviewer suggested -- thanks!), lightly sprinkled with Cajun spices beforehand (to give it an extra kick), and then used Zatarain's seafood breadcrumbs in the mixture instead of crackers. Great alternative to crabcakes. Thanks for the great recipe!

This is a great recipe. I made it as is -- except I added oats in place of nuts, as some suggested (and that is all I had in the pantry!). Will definitely make again.

Turos Csusza (Pasta with Cottage Cheese)

My mom was of Hungarian descent and used to make this all the time, minus the bacon. It was my comfort food growing up! Can be made even easier with just the noodles, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.

Smashed Cauliflower

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish, although I made slight changes based on another recipe I have seen and what I had on hand: I only used 1 cup of chicken broth and subsituted the butter and cheeses with 1/4 cup of the following cheese blend (parmigiano, feta, one mashed garlic clove and 1tbsp of milk). Wasn't soupy at all!
