Red Velvet Cake III
This was excellent. The only change I made was to use 4 tablespoons of Cocoa and I am glad that did. The cake had the perfect chocolate flavor and was a big hit with everyone at my sons birthday party. My father in law ate three pieces! A did use the frosting recipe given and it was awsome.

Boston Brown Bread I
Excellent. The only change I made was that I baked this in mini loaf pans which took about 35 minutes.

Cream of Pumpkin Soup
This ia an awsome soup. I did make a couple of small changes. I doubled all of the spices except for the salt, added 1/4 tsp. Cayanne pepper and two tablespoons brown sugar. I also used 2% evap rather than heavy cream. So good. I didn't make the croutons.
