Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This is so easy . I love shortcuts so I did use pumpkin spice instead of all the separate spices. A teaspoon or two of vanilla to compliment the flavor. My kids and husband all loved it so a week later I had my 12 year old son try his hand at it. We'll find out soon how he did, it's in the oven smelling just fine Oh yah.
