Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup
This is the first time I've ever tried Borscht soup. I made the recipe as is except I didn't use the tomato paste because I read the other reviews. I also chopped a big handful of fresh dill. The soup was delicious!

Party Pinwheels
I made these for a staff party and they were super good. Chilled them overnight and they weren't soggy like others said. I had them individually wrapped in saran wrap and cut them right before serving. Also, I'm not the biggest ranch fan so I didn't use it. It tastes fine without it. I also made mine without celery. Personal taste again. And I added chopped green chilies from a can. Two thumbs up! Use different coloured wraps for a nice presentation!
