Kettle Corn
This turned out great! I use a "Back to Basics" popcorn popper, like a Wirleypop. Husband, who doesn't really like popcorn, came back for seconds!

Chocolate Chip Apricot Cookies
I like the flavor combination of chocolate chips and apricots, but I followed the recipe EXACTLY and I wound up with a flat, spread out cookie. Oven was preheated. Probably would add 1/2 cup more flour or some rolled oats to prevent this problem.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
This is my husband's favorite cookie ever. I like to change the recipe up sometimes, adding butterscotch chips and sunflower seed kernels. Just the best, most moist cookie ever! Thank you so much!
