Eileen's Meatloaf
I've never made meatloaf before and decided to make this for my wife tonight. The meatloaf was excellent. The only thing that confused me was that it didn't call for ketchup. Every meatloaf I've eaten was cooked with ketchup on top. I was afraid that it would come out too dry because of the crumbs and onion mix, but the consistency came out well. Also, the recipe made about 6 servings rather than 12 servings. But, I'll have to say that this is my new meatloaf recipe to use.

Anniversary Chicken I
I made this for my wife one evening and she fell in love with it! She's shared the recipe with friends who also loved it. Me, personally, liked it, but it wasn't a favorite. I'm more of a spicy/peppery kind of person and this taste a *tad* bit bland for me. But ,overall, it was easy to make and had people wanting more.

Bulgogi (Korean Barbecued Beef)
This recipe was about 99% the same as my mother's bulgogi. It was delicious and very easy to make. I'm 1/2 Korean and was raised eating authentic Korean food from my mother so I have a picky taste for authentic vs. others. Me and my wife loved this and will definitely be making it again.
