I'm 34 years old living in West Texas with my beautiful wife, Nancy. We love to cook new foods and have started to cook healthy, delicious foods to compliment our exercise routines. We both love Asian cuisine and anything southern BBQ. I learned most of my cooking from my mom or from working at dining restaurants when I was younger. Barbecue steaks (ribeye, sirloin), Korean foods and appetizers. Mostly Korean cuisine because of my mother. Otherwise, it's good old fashioned Texas barbeque. I had a gas grill blow up in my face when I tried to light it. I now use charcoal grills only.
