Japanese Chicken Wings
I followed the recipe with the exception of the breading and frying. I baked the wings for 40 mins with black pepper and garlic powder then poured the sauce and turned them every 10 mins for a half hour. Some of my wings didn't get sticky enough so I put them under the broiler for a few minutes to carmelize the sugar a bit....DELICIOUS

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
I made this last night and it was so easy and so yummy, way better than store bought bottled alfredo sauce. I did make a few alterations...While melting the butter and the cream cheese I added a garlic clove cut in half and then reduced the garlic powder to 1 tsp. I served my sauce with Cheese Tortelini with a a cup of frozen peas and real bacon pieces sprinkled on top....My Family LOVED it even my picky 3 yr old daughter.....I can't wait to make it for friends and family.

Flank Steak Pinwheels
I gave this a 5 even though I didn't use the whole recipe. I just used the marinade only......It was AWESOME and so tender with only a 7-8 hr marinade. I grilled it, then sliced it and made quesadillas with Mexican Blend cheese....Oh so YUMMY.
