I made this last night and it was so easy and so yummy, way better than store bought bottled alfredo sauce. I did make a few alterations...While melting the butter and the cream cheese I added a garlic clove cut in half and then reduced the garlic powder to 1 tsp. I served my sauce with Cheese Tortelini with a a cup of frozen peas and real bacon pieces sprinkled on top....My Family LOVED it even my picky 3 yr old daughter.....I can't wait to make it for friends and family.

I gave this a 5 even though I didn't use the whole recipe. I just used the marinade only......It was AWESOME and so tender with only a 7-8 hr marinade. I grilled it, then sliced it and made quesadillas with Mexican Blend cheese....Oh so YUMMY.

This recipe was a hit with the hubby, even though I used jellied and not whole berry cranberry sauce and didn't use any orange peel because I didn't have one. I also used cinnamon instead of clove because that was what was on hand. The combo of cranberry and spice with the honey was very yummy. I will cook it longer on low next time to make the meet more tender, but will definitely make this recipe again, of course with a little cinnamon.....
