I'm not only intolerant to wheat/gluten products, I also cannot have any cane sugar products. Honey is ok, as well as fruits ... but any product from the cane is bad news for me.
My favorite things to cook
Pretty much nothing ... I like EASY! Otherwise, I don't mind using a bread machine, or getting in the kitchen with my family to make a couple of different Slovak recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Slovak ... Hallushki and Kraut Noodle are my favorites, but they have flour normally, so I'm currently trying to adjust my recipes.

Sweet Potato Casserole! (Gluten and Cane Sugar Products Free!)
My cooking tragedies
Meats like steak or chicken ... unless they are in a casserole or stir fry. Forget it! Dry or tough every time!
