Spanish Flan
Came out great the first time!! I followed earlier reviews and swirled sugar instead of stirring, made with 5 eggs instead of 3, mixed in blender while sugar was caramelizing and baked it in a water bath. It was perfect!!! Creamy and smooth, just as good as any restaurant I have had!!
