Beef Stew VI
Good base recipe but I had to add a ton of additional spices to give it more flavor. I added 1/2 cup red wine in place of 1/2 cup water, about 7 cloves of garlic, pepper, salt, garlic powder, tyme and a little cajun seasoning. I had to triple the amount of cornstarch to get it to the right texture.

Salsa Chicken
Great Recipe, I changed it up just a little. First I pound out the chicken breast then I season with Salt, Garlic Powder and pepper. I then use two packs of taco seasoning in a ziplock bag and coat each breast with the taco seasoning. I cook two boxes of Spanish rice and put the rice in the baking dish. I place the chicken breast over the rice and top with chucky salsa and bake for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes I add the shredded cheese and crunched tortilla chips. This is a regular in our house!
