Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
This is a really good recipe. The salsa added a great depth to the overall flavor. Only thing was, I didn't know if I should use the beans AND the juice they were in. The bean liquid looked kind of goopy, so I used beef broth for a little extra liquid.

Balsamic Vinegar Potato Salad
Hubby said this was a "do again"! Might try the white balsamic vinegar, though, as the salad would probably be "prettier".

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This was great. I made the chips, which were surprisingly crisp in spite of not frying them. But what was REALLY great was that I also served the fruit salsa inside crepes topped with my brown sugar whipped cream. Wow! It was a hit with my family.
