Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

Excellent! I love this cake and I think the batter tastes better than regular chocolate cake batter. My tip is to add a little butter to the chocolate chips (aprox 1/2 tsp) and if you can only find 16 oz can of garbanzo beans (like me) you can add 1/8 cup rice flour. I actually liked it better that way than following the recipe exactly.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Excellent flavor! I did up the season salt to 1 Tbsp. If you don't want it to get too crispy I suggest turning it about every four minutes...I did a little over five and one side of my chicken was burned...sigh. Otherwise time and everything was excellent!!!!

Deviled Eggs

Too salty according to recipe! First time I didn't read reviews first because I get irritated by the people who completely change the recipe...sigh. Use 1/4 tsp salt! I also like my deviled eggs with a little more mustard flavor. That being said the texture was fantastic!

Bread Machine Bagels

These were fun to make...they stuck to my pan horribly and I'm fairly certain that I would have liked them better without the egg glaze! Otherwise thank you for easy to make bagel recipe. If I make this recipe again I will A)allow to rise on wax paper so I can more gently put on my big slotted spoon to boil and B)Either cook on wax paper or grease my pan!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

This was a wonderful fast option. To make a little healthier I subbed 1/2 cup whole wheat and 1/2 cup spelt for 1 cup of reg flour. Very tasty...will make again.

Pretty Chicken Marinade

I would give this about a 4.8 it was very good, the color was nice but the need to use red sodium soy sauce (or use less like I did) annoys me. Otherwise a lovely recipe.

Cauliflower-Cheese Soup

Loved it! Since I was in the mood for green onions I added two...mmmm! I can see that this might be even better with double cauliflower and no potatoes. Every bite with cauliflower was a delight.

Spelt Biscuits

These are really good fresh out of the oven...plenty of butter. I love the nutty taste. They do taste very thick but I like that. My grandma said that she likes them better than regular biscuits because of the nutty flavor of the spelt.

Millet Muffins

These were very good for a completely healthy muffin...be careful not to overcook because they don't taste good when you do. I'm not sure how much I like the crunch of the millet, but I love how good they are for me and my family.
