Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
Super tasty! Hard to eat just one. I followed the recipe and ended up with 9 muffins. Guess I filled each one more than I should've? Ah well, I like my muffins big!

Cranberry Sauce II
This was so easy and good! For last year's Christmas dinner I made a complicated Martha Stewart cranberry sauce recipe. This was so much better. I, like others, put everything in the food processor after boiling which produced a smoother texture.

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins
These just may be the yummiest muffins I have ever had! (even better than those purchased at a bakery or coffee shop!!) I followed the recipe exactly (but I didn't have nutmeg so had to skip that) and made half mini muffins half big ones. I love both butterscotch and pumpkin so I thought the combination of the two was fabulous. My husband, however, dislikes butterscotch, but even he liked these. Try them, you won't be sorry!
