Grilled Cheese, Cinnamon, and Apple Sandwich

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2009
To be good grilled cheese has to be toasted on all 4 sides. I hink the additions are wonderful I have added thin sliced ham for years. I like all cheeses that melt good. The addition of bacon and apples sound wonderful. Since I toast on the inside sometimes I heat the ham a little. Also real butter is the only thing that toasts a grilled cheese like we like it. There are wonderful ideas here that's what I enjoy about this site I can use parts of 4 or 5 recipes and come up with the ultimate end product. Thanks for sharing your delicious ideas. ACE

Basic Bread Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
When I do dressing I make a 9x13 pan full of coucornbread No sugar add poultry seasoning, sage, celery, onion, etc. and cook it in the cornbread with jumbo eggs and milk. cook in 375 degree oven until done then I use 2 large packets seasoned dressing mix crumble the cornbread in with seasoned mix enough broth to make it juicy add salt and pepper. Bake until done. It won't take as long because veggies are cooked some. I also add 6 or 8 raw eggs into mixture this will give texture ane hold it together. I use diluted broth from turkey and add chicken broth as needed. I taste it to see what else it needs. I use the roate rpan I cook the bird in.cook till ia knifr inserted in crnter comed ouy clern. Abut 2 hours.

Beef Bulgogi

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2009
This is the same recipe I have used for years. We love it. The only thing I do different is I use 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar instead of white sugar. The same amount. Try it you will like it. My son makes excellent Bulgogi and egg rolls. This is the recipe that we use. We buy a good beef loin and freeze it. That makes it easier to slice. He slices it very thin and then we marinate. We also use this marinade on chicken and pork. It is delicious.
