I love to cook and find it very therapeutic, especially baking. Cooking/baking with seasonal fruits and vegetables, and I'm always looking for a new recipe to try. :) My family has always frowned upon prepackaged/frozen meals. I was raised to view cooking meals / baking treats from scratch as a sign of love towards those you make it for. I've tried my best to incorporate that in most of my favorite meals, and its been lots of fun keeping that tradition. Ratatouille: I had never heard of it until I saw the movie....So I decided to make it and it was delicious!!! I've had a few...Most recent one was zuchinni muffins...They looked and smelled delicious, but I may have accidentally doubled the salt. YUCK! I'll have to re-try. :)
