I'm not a great cook but like to try new recipes. I mainly follow the directions to the letter then if its bad I can blame it on a bad recipe! Comfort food! Pizza, anything with cheese in it (hello, I'm a cheesehead!) Eh, my mom let my dad cook. I liked baking cookies around the holidays. Chicken cordon bleu for a dinner party with snobby guests. Its never a faliure if you learn from your mistake!
