Three Cheese Manicotti
I made these last night. We loved this recipe! I used jumbo shells that I under cooked (easier to stuff), sprinkled in some garlic powder and some italian seasoning into the cheese blend after reading some reviews saying these were bland and used dried parsley instead of fresh. I didn't add much of the extra spices, maybe a half teaspoon of each. I don't think they were needed at all. I served these with Italian sausage, peppers and onions. They went perfectly together. I got raves for this dinner. The word that was used was scrumptious. I will be making this again and again!

Herbed Dumplings
I made these dumplings last night. We loved them! My daughter even asked for seconds (she NEVER does that). After reading the other reviews: As one reviewer suggested I used (1 heaping tbsp.) Italian Seasoning instead of the individual spices. After reading about them having too much spice and/or being too salty: I omitted the salt completely and doubled the flour mixture (I wanted left overs). I made these dumplings for chicken and dumplings and they were wonderful for that. I will definitely be making these for other things as well.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
These were so good and soooooo easy. Followed the recipe exactly but did change the bake time and temp. Made it with meatloaf, so everything baked at 350 for an hour and a half. Potatoes were a little mushy but still very good. Next time I'll try baking them for just an hour. When I make meatloaf again, of course.
