Rainbow Veggie Chili
Oh Wow! This is excellent. Makes a huge amount depending on the size of the squash you use. I had to add a couple tomato paste cans of water to this so I could cook it in my crock pot. Will def make again.

Italian Salad Dressing
Overall an OK dressing. My husband said it was too strong of a vinegar taste. Wasn't something he raved over and he's the italian dressing junkie. I'm going to modify it with less vinegar next time.

Good for You Greek Salad
This was a fabulous fresh salad hot have on those hot humid nights. The feta cheese and olives are the key. Make a double batch and let marinate overnight for a picnic. The flavors mature as it sets.
