Chocolate Banana Bread
Very rich and moist, but the banana flavor was a little lost. I may try adding more banana next time. It was still delicious.

Slow Cooker Carolina BBQ
So easy and so tasty! My 13 year old begged me to make it again. There is no higher praise than being allowed on her short list of approved food items.

Jordan Marsh Style Blueberry Muffins
This is my new favorite muffin recipe. They came out great! Crispy tops with a nice, smooth cake-like texture inside. Toss the blueberries with a little of the flour mixture before you add them to the batter to keep them from sinking to the bottom of the muffins.
