Peanut Blossoms II
I loved these! The grandkids loved these - especially the "gi-normous" chocolate chip on top. Really easy, fun and way too good.

World's Best Potato Salad
I have never been able to make a potato salad to save my soul. I have made this 3 times and have had to print the recipe for company every time. My mother in law said it was just like her mom used to make which was echoed by so many reviews. I used less than a 1/4 cup sugar and it was sweet enough. I used regular milk, 1 tsp celery salt and uped the mustard to 1 T. It is a keeper recipe for sure.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
I was looking for a recipe to add a little variety to our menu. I made this for the first time but substitued a can of Kirkland (Costco) chicken to make it even easier. That worked awesome because it is so easy to shred and add to anything. Used a Safeway salsa that contained corn and black beans and the outcome was awesome! Will definately make this again. So easy, especially when you make the quick subs that I did.
