Mom's Country Gravy
I just LOVE this gravy!! I added meat scrapings and drippings to my gravy. It was so good!! Now I know how to make the best gravy for any kind of meat. (chicken, sausage, chops, etc.) It makes plenty for a good size meal. Thanks so much!! I'm glad I have this recipe.

Chipped Beef on Toast
My Mom made this when I was a kid on the stove. Loved it then and Love it now. I'm glad, I came across this easy way to make it in the microwave. Tastes just like hers. Thanks for the quick way to make it.
