Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Made this as a dipping sauce for meatballs, not sure what went the fastest, the sauce or the meatballs. Can't wait to try it on ribs.

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies
I too used butter for these, my niece who was helping also dropped them back into the cinnamon sugar after baking just to give them that extra sugariness. All who tried them over Christmas loved them so will definitely make again.

Veal Scaloppini with Lemon Cream Sauce
This is a delicious dish after making a few personal alterations. I personally don't like my veal crumbed so i left it nude (as it where)but the lemon sauce toppped it beautifully and made it restaurant quality. Next time i make this though i shall pound the veal though just to make it a littlemore tender.
