I forgot to buy salad dressing mix, so we settled for eating it without it. It was kinda dry because of the lack of salad, and it would've been better with that as well as sour cream and cheese, but oh well. We made due with what we had- with a bit of hot sauce and worchester sauce with it. I would imagine it would be delicious with cheese and lettuce.

This was very good...however, I missed the traditional lasagna noodles and will definately try to use those next time. I felt the penne pasta noodles were too odd for me with lasagna.

On second thought, it didn't freeze & reheat right and turned out a bit soggy so my husband and I had to practically force ourselves to eat the rest of it. But freshly made, my husband loved it, and I thought it was okay just not my taste.
