Single guy with female roommate (just friends!). Both of us like trying new recipes to keep dinner from being too boring. Recently got a charcoal BBQ grill so I've been using it a lot. Dad is on an award winning wild game BBQ team here in Texas. His ribs are the best anywhere. Mom is a vegetarian and dietitian and can cook many wonderful vegetarian dishes that you'd never know were vegetarian. I cook a mean tuna steak. Left a pan on high heat for several minutes and, without thinking, dumped 3 scrambled eggs on it at 3am. Smoke and alarms ensued. The neighbors were not happy.
