Ranch Dressing II
I love this dressing! I think as a dip it's perfect. I've found that adding a little milk or 1/2 and 1/2 helps with the consistency for pouring over salads.

Pizza Dough III
I've tried half a dozen pizza dough recipies over the past ten years and this one is the best. I agree that bread flour is key.

Cranberry Pecan Muffins
This recipie was so good! They taste like buttery, nutty, fall goodness wrapped up in a yummy little cake! I used crasins instead of fresh/frozen cranberries and they still turned out great.
