I am a mother of 3 wonderful kids and have been married for 16 years. Our oldest is 13...Wow time flies! I remember being 13. Last year for our 15th wedding anniversary, we celebrated in Maui and went parasailing. We had a blast! I love to bake chocolate chip cookies. My daughter and I do this probably once a month. Also anything quick. I like to try new recipes and love this website. I always make fudge for Christmas gifts. I am happy when I try a new recipe and it turns out. Our first Thanksgiving was a little overwhelming for me. The turkey wasn't done and we just ate the meat that was not pink. I am suprised we didn't get sick. I have improved since then but I still get a little stressed. I also need to learn to make good gravy... consistently.
