My favorite things to cook
I love to cook things with chocolate and all kinds of desserts. I have a HUGE sweet tooth and I can't help myself. I also like cooking things that are easy, fast and don't forget-delicious!
My cooking triumphs
Absolutley Sinful Chocolate Chip cookies, Awesome Pasta Salad, and Mississippi Mud Pie. I first made the cookies at my best friend's house and the name says it all! They were so good! The pasta salad was really good too, but I substituted a few things. The Mississippi Mud Pie was amazing! It was pretty cool how it was no-bake, so that made it easy.

Chocolate Coconut Bars
These coconut bars were very good and suprisingly easy to make. You might want to double the recipe, though since they do go fast :)

Mississippi Mud Pie I
MMMM! This recipe was very delicious! We made it the exact way the recipe said except we halfed it, and instead of using a 9x13 pan we used and 8x8. My daughter loved helping me make this and she loved how it was a no bake pie. However, it was very hard getting the cool whip-cream cheese mixture to stick to the graham cracker crust. I also recommend putting the pie in your freezer right after, if you don't plan to eat it right away. Tastes delicious, and I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I did!

Awesome Pasta Salad
This recipe is really good! I changed the recipe a little bit, though. Here's how: Instead of using pepperoni I used just ham. I also used parmesan ranch dressing and took out the veggies, since my kids are not a big fan of them! I would suggest taking out the veggies if you have kids who don't like them.
