I am just starting to get into baking and cooking. Right now I prefer baking, but I hope to find some love for cooking. Breads, cakes, cookies, anything sweet I'll give it a try. Arroz con pollo definitely. Making bread for the first time. It came out totally dense and bland, but I was still so excited to have made something by hand. I later learned how to knead dough and make it tasty. The challah I attempted making turned out terrible! I underbaked it thinking it would be done in 25 minutes, but it wasn't. Completely raw in the middle. Oh well, live and learn!
