Casseroles and stews. Or learn some dessert perfections. My sweet tooth acts up now and again. Tasty dishes for middle eastern, asian and american with low fat, salt and sugar.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving stuff - turkey, green bean casserole with cream of celery soup, dressing with mushrooms and pumpkin pie. Anything ordinary with special spices to make it better. I love Afghanistan rice with red onions, golden raisins, slivered almonds, and carrots.
