About this Cook
I am an aviation manager and former flight attendant who loves to cook and is an expert in cooking in a hotel coffee maker.
My favorite things to cook
Pumpkin soup, cracker encrusted pork tenderloin, clam and fresh lobster on the beach, spinach any way it can be imagined. All foods that are enjoyed by my family and friends.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking Christmas cookies and creating pasta dishes with my daughter.
My cooking triumphs
Poaching salmon and peas in a coffee maker on 4th of July in a Portland, Maine hotel room for my crew as a flight attendant. Thanksgiving 2000 - planning and cooking for 40 guests and everything turned out on time.
My cooking tragedies
Setting the stove and broiler on fire in 1980. I didn't touch the kitchen for 10 years.

Pork Medallions with Dijon Sauce
This was another easy recipe to make. I used white wine opposed to broth. We all thought we were eating at a 5 star restaurant, and I plan to serve this to dinner guests in the future!

Pork Tenderloin in Bourbon
Another unbelievable easy recipe that was a hit with my family. After marinade the only addition I made was grilling the pork in a grill pan on top of the stove until seared, placed in the oven and baked for 45 minutes! I served with grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes! A pot of Cabbage Fat-burning soup is simmering on the stove for tomorrow!

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin
This pork recipe was so succulent, and easy to make. I can not wait to try it again on the grill! Another recipe that my family is raving about!
