Baby Back Ribs
I added in black pepper with some red wine or sherry. Then, I marinated it with the BBQ sauce and let it stands in the fridge for more than 16 hours. The meat turned out to be tender, even, my friends commented that it tastes like chicken.

Grilled Chicken with Herbs
Tried the recipe. Easy to follow. Only the chicken was a bit dry. Any way to recommend to make the chicken pieces more juicy? Elsie Low, Singapore
