Cranberry Dip
I used orange marmelade rather than apricot jam. I baked for 45 min so the cranberries were very soft. I think it is a fabulous appetizer for the holidays.

Apple Muffins
I made these as written and they were ok. I then followed other suggestions like adding 1/2 c brown sugar, double the cinnamon, more apples with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on the grated apples. I threw in raisins and topped with cinnamon and brown sugar. The added sugar and extra ingredients combined to make these a great breakfast muffin.

Ruby-Red Strawberry Sauce
I used orange juice rather than the concentrate and frozen, whole berries. This came out just as I was hoping and was perfect on Chantel's cheesecake. I plan to use on waffles also. It was quick and easy.
