Awful. Not enough caramel to cover 5 quarts of popcorn. I followed the directions exactly. Awful. Will not try this again. What exactly is a "shallow" baking dish for this much popcorn. I don't know about the rest of you buy my oven will not hold two "shallow" baking dishes for this much popcorn. I wasted a bunch of pecans, not to mention some really good brown sugar on this recipe.

Easy Cheese Ball II

This is another hit with my family and friends. Everyone things I worked and slaved over this thing. The ranch dip packet does the trick. Worth trying.

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

This was an absolute hit. My whole family loves it. I have so far made it without the nuts. This is a relatively easy recipe. The jellyroll was easier than I had expected. Crowd pleaser and very tasty.

Perfect Turkey

What a lot of trouble for a turkey and it is no better that the way I have made one for years. I will not go to this much trouble again. The only good thing about this recipe is the addition of white wine. I made for a really good dressing and gravy. This is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

Toasted Butter Pecan Cake

Flavor was good. Cake was very very dry. Neither my family nor I like dry cake. I had to throw out more than 1/2 of it because no one wanted to eat it. I am not a novice cook either. Will not make this again.

Perfect Chocolate Cake

Awful!!!!! Cake stuck to the cake pans. I greased and floured just like the recipe said. All 3 layers stuck to the pans. Very disappointed. Will not try to make again.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

This recipe is the best banana bread I have ever had. I am usually not that crazy about any of the "sweet" breads, but I really love this one. I did use baking powder instead of baking soda, but only because I was out of baking soda. Recipe is wonderful as is.
