I'm a mother of three' My two oldest are on there own 25 and 27. We have a nine year old and a two year old grandson. Carter the grandson is my biggest challange. He only eats white things. My family is at my house often and everyone is opposed to different things. I'm always changing recipies to acomodate. Mexican- especially tacos with fresh salsa. I love to put different fruits in there. everyone seems to like it. Italian as well you can't go wrong with pasta. I also work in a fine dinning resturaunt and try to copy the things I taste there. We have a big meal every christmas eve. We invite anyone who is alone that night."niegbors friends etc... and make a big dinner with wine apps and dessert. The kids love it.
