I have been married to Paul for 43 years. We have two children and five grandchildren. We have a 3 year old Lhasa Apso named Melody. Roast Leg of Lamb with roasted potatoes, Spinach Pie (Pita), English Muffin Loaf Every Christmas I bake English muffin loaf and make jars of strawberry rhubarb jam to give out to family and friends. It is not unusual to pass out twenty or more ! I guess I would have to say that when preparing a big dinner, I am happy when everything is cooked and hot and ready to serve at the same time. When my husband and I first got married, I cooked fresh broccoli. He came in the room and asked what I was cooking. I said to lift the cover......he again asked what it was. I had cut the tops off and threw them away and only cooked the (tough) stems. Still funny today ! !
