Sweet Potato Casserole IV
This was the absolute BEST sweet potato casserole I have ever had. I cut back on the sugar and butter little, and the brown sugar on the topping, and only used 1 egg and it was still fluffy and packed with sweet potato flavor. This is the only recipe I'll ever use.

Easy Turkey Curry
This was a great, easy recipe and very tasty. I skipped the mushrooms and I was out of rice so I served over egg noodles. I also tried it on a toasted dinner roll which was better than the noodles.

French Dip Sandwiches
