Apple Crisp II
Very yummy! The apples I used must have been very juicy as there was a lot of liquid in the crisp at the bottom.

Zippy Potato Soup
Great recipe. I used ham instead of bacon. I doubled the recipe to hav leftovers to freeze. Will make again!

Mexican Sour Cream Rice
Very tasty! Have made this recipe twice now. Second time I doubled it. It came out delicious! I did add extra sour cream and cheese to make it really creamy.
