When I get the ingredients: Palusami, Coconut Cream Steam Baked in Taro Leaves and Oka: Samoan Raw Fish in Coconut Cream and Lemon Juice. Think I'll wrap some Oka in the Palusami Wraps...see what happens...all served with warm freshly baked uncut bread and melting butter...and O.J. just like in the islands. First time I fried Chicken last week, moist lightly steaming. I'm Roasting Potatoes happily now, all crispy and golden...got some olive oil yesterday...will have a go at All Recipes "Twice Baked Potatoes Video" soon... Scratching the teflon...
