Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
I ended up using carnitas for this recipe as it was very inexpensive and the butcher told me it was essentially cut up pork shoulder. It was delicious,but I used 3.5 pounds of meat and it was WAY too much for our 3 person family. We ate well for days!! I also cut down on the sweet and added more of the tangy as we like our barbecue "Carolina Style". All in all great recipe for a beginning Barbecuer.

Nana's Acorn Squash
Awesome and Easy!! I like squash, but by the time I get home from work, it usually takes way too long. I've already told 2 people about this recipe and they love it as well!
