Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I made this for a murder mystery party which was old west saloon themed. Thinking everyone would snack on all the different munchies available, I only made enough for 16 regular servings. (There were 20 guests). It was gone within 20 minutes. Everyone asked about the chili. Huge success.
