Butternut Squash Casserole
I used to have a version of this recipe, but lost it. I was glad to have found something similar to jog my memory on how to make it. This is my family's favorite Thanksgiving dish and my husband always has me make it at least one other time a year. I boil instead of microwave, use brown sugar instead of white, heavy cream instead of milk and butter instead of margarine. Yes,it is more fattening, but oh, so delicious!!! I also added pecans to the topping!
