i used the butter flavored crisco and the taste was awesome. nice recipe!

I'm a beginner but found this easy to make - I thought they were a little on the salty side but my husband thought they were perfect. I had extra stuffing and rubbed it on the pork chops before cooking - also I added some red wine in with the beef broth. It was good with mashed potatoes which soaked up the extra sauce. Will make again.

Delicious! I basically have no cooking skills at all but I was able to do this recipe and impress my husband! :-) I bought regular whipping cream instead of heavy whipping cream and it turned out just fine.
