Roasted Garlic Zucchini and Tomatoes
I would've given this five stars, but I thought initially the flavor was a little bland. I added garlic salt and some balsamic vinaigrette. After those ingredients were added, it turned out great!

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
Awesome! My first attempt at french onion soup, and it was amazing! My husband and I both loved it.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This turned out pretty good. It was pretty simple to make. Like other reviewers, I found that the bacon did not crisp up at all. I don't think it hurt too much though.
